NoveraMed provides healthcare AI solutions, medical communications services, and an intelligence platform for healthcare organizations. Our Services include but are not limited to:

Account Registration

Client Content

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project materials. Our confidentiality practices are governed by separate confidentiality agreements and our commitment to HIPAA compliance.

Payment Terms

Fees for our Services are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted methods, will be specified in your service agreement or invoice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoveraMed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoveraMed and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
